Cuil ( Irish word meaning knowledge) is a new search engine launched by ex-Google engineers Anna Patterson and her husband Tom Costello on 27th July,2008. They claim that cuil have been indexed 120 billion we pages more then Google indexes and can index web pages much faster then Google. There are too much buzz in the industry related to cuil indexing algorithm and its search pattern

I tried search term (bala-krishna) and found my site already in Cuil index. All other site page that have this keyword also showing in result including social media profile page that Google does not show.

Greasemonkey is an excellent firefox extension that allows user to play with pages loading in browser. you can customize appearance of web pages and change function in whatever way you want. A big mozilla user base already written hundreds of scripts and all are free to use. You can write your own script if nothing match your need. Installing Greasemonkey Firefox Extension

Open Firefox add-on website and search for Greasemonkey extension or open following URL in browser.

Click on the “Add to Firefox” button.. If Firefox ask that it prevented the site from installing software. Click Edit options… to open the “Allowed Sites” dialog, then click Allow to add the Greasemonkey site to your list of sites that are allowed to install software. Click OK to close the “Allowed Sites” dialog. then again click on the “Add to Firefox” button.

Now an Firefox install dialog should pop up to confirm that you really want to install. Just wait countdown to finish then click Install now button.

Wordpress 2.3.3 version has been released today to fix security issues in XML-RPC implementation as well as vulnerability in the WP-Forum plugin. According to WP post, an special xml-rpc request can be made that allow one user to update post of another user. Here is full list of fixes in new version.

• Fixed flaw in XML-RPC implementation. you can update XML-RPC file without updating wordpress immediately. You just need to download updated xml-rpc file and overwrite new file in your existing installation.
• Discovered a vulnerability within this WP-Forum plugin that can be exploited by malicious users to conduct SQL injection attacks. WP recommend to remove this plug-in until new release.
• Fixed a function in wp-includes/gettext.php that fails to determine the correct byteorder on FreeBSD6.2-amd64.
• Fixed emails sent problem to certain addresses.
• Fixed issue with maybe_create_table function using a full path definition of the location of the wp-config.php file.

Installation

• Extract archive file in a folder.
• Upload extracted files with folder in wordpress plugin directory “/wp-content/plugins/”.
• Activate plug-in from the Wordpress Admi. You can find this under plug-in section.
• � Click on “Activate” Link beside “vozMe plugin”.
• Go to vozMe options from “Options > vozMe” and customize look and feel of the plug-in. Check out� plugin option below.
